Save the Date for Chapter Leadership Symposium 2027

Presidents-elect, mark your calendars! We’re excited to announce the dates and location for the 2027 Chapter Leadership Symposium (CLS).

As you begin planning your 2027 chapter budget, please include a line item for your president-elect’s travel to CLS. As a reminder, SMPS HQ provides a $600 stipend to each chapter following the completion of CLS to help offset travel expenses.

We’re also excited to share that we’ve moved CLS to a more centrally located city—Chicago—to make travel more accessible for chapter leaders across North America.

Program Schedule

Wednesday, May 12, 2027: Programming begins at 5:00 p.m. CT.
Friday, May 14, 2027: CLS concludes by 2:00 p.m. CT.

Additional information, including registration and hotel booking details, will be shared in the coming months.
